Payment Agreement
Effective Date: October 27, 2015
Valid until October 27, 2030

1. Purchase:
   Find the product you want
   Add the product to the shopping cart
   Checkout
   Log in/create a new account
   Enter the shipping address
   Select the shipping method
   Provide payment information
   Check and submit your order
   Check your order status
   Order by email
2. Payment process:
   Select the product: Select the product you need on the website, add it to the shopping cart and confirm the order;
   Fill in the information: Provide accurate shipping address, billing information and contact information;
   Select the payment method: Select one of the above payment methods according to your preference;
   Complete payment: Follow the page prompts to complete the payment operation.
3. Payment security:
   We use advanced encryption technology to ensure that your payment information is protected during transmission;
   We do not store your credit or debit card information, and all payment data is processed by third-party payment platforms;
   If you use Western Union, MoneyGram or Transferwise, please make sure to provide accurate payee information to avoid payment failure or delay.
4. Payment Confirmation:
   After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with order details and payment information;
   If payment fails, please check whether the payment information is correct or contact your bank/payment platform to resolve the issue.
5. Currency and Fees:
   All transactions are settled in US dollars (USD);
   Due to currency exchange rates and bank fees, your payment amount may be slightly different from the order amount, and such fees are borne by the customer;
6. Refunds and Disputes:
   If the refund is due to product quality issues or wrong goods, we will refund according to the original payment method;
   If the refund is due to personal reasons of the customer (such as cancellation of the order), relevant handling fees may be deducted;
