Refund and Return Policy:
1> If the item is defective. We can give some compensation if you accept it; if you want to return it, we can accept it.
Please contact us before returning the item. Thank you for your help.
2> If there is no problem with the quality of the product, we cannot accept the return. For example, the size is too small for you, or when you receive the order, you find that you don’t like it, etc.
a. We accept exchanges or returns if the product is damaged, or there are any shipping errors, such as you receive the wrong model, wrong size or wrong color goods. Or other faults caused by us.
b. Before exchanging or returning, you must contact us and provide a return address before sending the item back. Click “Feedback” to contact us.
c. It is best for you to take a photo of the item you want to exchange for us as evidence, so that we can confirm the information and handle the problem for you as soon as possible.
d. The returned item must be kept in its original, undamaged packaging and must be in unused condition.
e. Please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt. All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee (unless the fault is caused by us).
f. If we find that the returned product is not in completely re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund claim or deduct up to 50% of the sales price from the refund claim.
g. Please note that postage and packaging charges are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to a defect or not in accordance with your order.
h. All issues should be resolved within 30 days, including exchange time. Please allow 20 calendar days after we receive the returned item to arrange a refund. We will appreciate your cooperation.
i. Shipping costs for all exchanges are paid by the customer (unless the fault is caused by us).
j. All duties, taxes or fees incurred for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer.
k. Orders that have been shipped can be cancelled. All orders are usually shipped to the buyer within 48 hours. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us first.
Exchange and Return Instructions
Please follow the instructions below to return your item:
a. First send an email or contact us with the reason for the return and our support staff will provide you with the shipping address.
b. Please be careful when unpacking and repacking the product and attach a form with the following information:
i). Your name registered in our online store
ii). Order number
iii). Return instructions
iv). Your email address used to log in to our online store
c. Please put this form and the product you want to return in the package and mail it to us. After sending the product back, please remember to provide us with the tracking number.
d. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. If you are worried, we recommend that you send the item by registered mail and keep the proof of posting.
